PUR hot melt Glue machine

PUR hot melt glue machine is a gear pump as the power form to transport the molten state, the machine is a very wide range of viscosity of PUR hot melt adhesive equipment. Equipped with an assembled heating press plate for melting solid PUR hot melt adhesive, the hot melt adhesive is extruded into a gear pump on the press plate, driven by an AC motor and extruded to transmit the molten adhesive, and then pressed into a heating body device and gun body through a continuously heated throat.

PUR series hot melt glue machine, using the current advanced PLC temperature control system, the machine design has two kinds of suitable for different amounts of glue pressure plate, to provide different amounts of glue melt speed.

PUR series hot melt glue machine, the system can reach 2 pipes/spray guns, a total of 5 heating zones to choose from.

PUR series hot melt adhesive machine adopts "Teflon" coated platen design - gradual melting from top to bottom. The design reduces energy consumption and prevents the deterioration of colloidal carbonization.

The biggest difference between PUR hot melt glue machine and ordinary hot melt glue machine is that the whole hot melt glue process is completely isolated from the air, ordinary hot melt glue machine is from the bottom up to melt hot melt glue, PUR hot melt glue machine is from the top down to melt PUR hot melt glue, so one of the core components of PUR hot melt glue machine is hot melt glue pressure plate heating body.
