This is a high-efficiency, integrated EVA hot melt adhesive production line system, designed specifically for the production of EVA hot melt adhesives. The production line includes a 1500L mixing tank for raw material blending, with a discharge pump that transfers the mixed adhesive to an underwater pelletizer for granulation. A mold temperature controller and thermal oil furnace are used in conjunction to ensure temperature stability during the production process, while an ice water machine is used for cooling. Supporting pipeline connection materials, electrical wires, and electrical components ensure the smooth operation of the entire production line.
