How the Tape Is Made
Solid colors are mixed, granulated and extruded in one pass, which keeps the shade even along the full roll. Wood grain tapes then receive a base coat, gravure-printed grain, UV varnish and UV curing - a multi-stage line that produces grain texture with depth instead of a flat printed surface. Every batch is checked for thickness, width and shade before packing.
