Membrane Press Adhesives, also known as vacuum forming glue, wood board vacuum forming adhesive, PVC vacuum forming adhesive, woodworking adhesive, water-based vacuum forming adhesive, etc., is a polyurethane-modified acrylic copolymer adhesive with water-soluble dispersant. It belongs to the category of water-based adhesives and is a type of polyurethane adhesive. Vacuum forming adhesive features non-toxicity, safety, no odor, non-irritating, no release of harmful gases such as formaldehyde, easy cleaning; adjustable softness and hardness, as well as temperature resistance, good elasticity, etc.; low viscosity, good spraying, and excellent bonding performance.

Characteristics and Applications:

Membrane Press adhesive technology, also known as polymer paint-free process, originated in the 1990s in Europe and America. It allows PVC film to be molded into three-dimensional patterned panel workpieces through vacuum forming adhesive technology. This transitioned from flat decoration to three-dimensional decoration, and the one-time molding significantly reduces industrial costs. Currently, vacuum forming is mainly used in kitchen cabinets, speakers, office furniture, composite doors, etc. It is suitable for vacuum forming of PVC soft materials, density boards, particle boards, wood, etc.
