Features
Single Component moisture cured hot melt adhesives, non-toxic and pollution-free, mainly used on adhesion of various soft PVC/ PP/ PET/ ABS, high glossy film, acrylic and HPL, metal etc. with Particle Board and MDF etc, it has high initial viscosity, moderate open time, poach resistant and excellent weather resistance.

Instructions
1. The substance after hydrophobic treatment, grease and dirt on the surface of base material,would affect the fastness, specific test is a must in any case.
2. PUR Hot melt Adhesives relies on moisture reaction to acheive final lamination strength, so please check the aluminum foil carefully before use, to prevent the viscosity from sharply increase because of the damage of package, which would affect the performance ofproducts.
3. The Viscosity of PUR Hot melt Adhesive would increase after 3 hours of High Temperature, please keep the temperature under 160 °C during down time, and do not melt the products for more than 5 hours. We suggest you to melt and use the PUR adhesive under successive operation.
4. Curing 25 °C，relative humidity above 60 %,it’s better to move to next process.
