This gluing machine's gluing mechanism consists of upper and lower glue rollers, upper and lower glue volume adjustment rollers, side plates, and a glue volume adjustment device. The glue rollers are steel tubes that have been processed and covered with glue. The rubber rollers are made of steel tubes with a rubber-coated surface, and the glue quantity adjusting rollers are made of steel tubes with a processed, chromium-plated surface. The rubber rollers and glue quantity adjusting rollers are mounted on the left and right side plates, respectively. They are equipped with transmission sprockets that complete power transmission. The amount of glue is adjusted by turning the right handwheel of the glue adjustment device. The glue box is made of a steel plate, and the bottom of the box is equipped with a drain switch. This allows you to drain the sewage cleanly every time the glue application work is finished and the machine is cleaned.
