Window Patch Paper Bag Machine How To Avoid Adhesion

Paper-plastic packaging machines avoid sticking by utilizing the heat-sealing process, where the upper and lower poles are melted together, causing intense vibration and friction between the workpiece surface and the PVC molecules inside. This generates heat and facilitates the recombination, achieving the purpose of welding or embossing.

There are two main types of blister shells used for vacuum sealing in packaging machines: PVC paper-plastic shells and PET blister shells. The material properties of PVC paper-plastic blister shells and PET paper-plastic blister shells are analyzed, and relevant parameters are verified.

Analysis of heat-sealing PVC paper-plastic blister shells: Currently, most common paper-plastic blister shells in the domestic market are made of PVC material, primarily used for packaging various electronic products, hardware tools, cosmetics, plastic toys, etc. The general thickness of PVC paper-plastic blister shells is around 40 filaments for a single layer, depending on the packaging requirements of the product.

After choosing PVC paper-plastic molding, it is necessary to perform heat sealing on a high-frequency heat-sealing machine. The molding mold on the heat-sealing machine needs to be heated at the working edge. Generally, considering a single layer of 40 filaments, the temperature of PVC paper-plastic molding is around 90 degrees. If the temperature is too high, leading to sticking issues, it is advisable to lower the electric heating temperature accordingly.

Solution to bonding issues when welding PET paper-plastic foam shells with a plastic packaging machine:

When sealing PET paper-plastic blister shells, for products requiring edge cutting, a high-frequency synchronous fusing machine with a demolding process for the mold should be used. The equipment should operate with a pressurized system to enhance the appearance quality of PET paper-plastic blister shell sealing.

When heat welding PET paper-plastic blister shells, it is essential to ensure the stability of the mold. In the production of high-frequency fusing molds, the patterned edge should be designed on the bottom mold, effectively reducing the occurrence of sticking in PET paper-plastic blister shells.
