Flexible packaging: General term for goods packed with flexible materials. With plastic film or plastic film composite material packaging called plastic flexible packaging.
Process introduction
1) Plate making process is the process of making plates that transfer ink to the printing material in printing. Through the printing plate made on the dot, reproduce the original image color.
2) Printing process is the use of substrate, printing plate, ink, printing machinery to realize the process of graphic copy. Transfer the text on the plate to the substrate. According to the type of printing plate: intaglio, flexographic plate, screen plate, relief plate, lithographic printing. Chinese flexible packaging is mostly produced by intaglio printing process. During production, the printing material is released into the printing device through the unwinding device, the ink on the surface of the printing plate is scraped off by a scraper, and the ink in the network is transferred to the printing material when the printing material is pressed into contact, and then into the oven. The solvent component of the ink is volatilized in the heating and blowing oven. After the printing film comes out of the oven, it goes through the cooling roller and cools down. In multi-color printing, the computer automatic overprint device controls the overprint between colors. After printing is complete, the winding device rolls the print into a roll film.
3) The quality inspection process is the process of inspecting the printed semi-finished products through the quality inspection machine, and checking out and eliminating the printed unqualified products. Reduce the increase of production loss in the post-process and the difficulty of quality inspection.
4) The composite process is to compound two or more kinds of materials together to form an integrated material. The composite material can not only maintain the excellent characteristics of single layer material, but also overcome its own shortcomings. After composite, it has new characteristics and can meet the different requirements of food and other commodities for composite materials.
Compound classification: dry compound method, wet compound method, extrusion compound method, solvent-free compound method, hot melt compound method, co-extrusion compound method.
Most of the flexible packaging is produced by dry compound process. During production, the gluing substrate is released into the gluing device through the unwinding device. The glue on the surface of the gluing roller is scraped by a scraper. After coming out of the oven, the base material released with another winding device is fitted into one body in the compound clamping roller of heating and pressure. After cooling and shaping, it is reeled into coiled composite film by winding device.
5) Curing process is a process in which the main agent and curing agent in the composite membrane complete the reaction. Rigid composite product because the adhesive layer is not solidified and set, can not enter the next process of processing, therefore, must be through the curing process to complete the reaction of the main agent and curing agent, rubber layer set down. Curing is divided into room temperature curing and heating curing.
Normal temperature curing means that the composite film completes the reaction of main agent and curing agent at normal temperature. Heating curing is the reaction between the main agent and the curing agent at a specific temperature. Warming curing can speed up the reaction between main agent and hardener and shorten the production cycle.
6) Sapping is the process of sapping the composite film or the printing film that does not need to be composite into the required width. During production, the slitting material is released by the unwinding device, and the longitudinal moving position of the slitting material is controlled by the photoelectric control system, so that the position of the slitting tool is maintained. The winding device is used to roll the cut into a roll film. Some are finished products for customers' automatic packaging machines, and some are semi-finished products transferred to the next process for bag-making.
7) The bag-making process is to heat-seal the composite film into a bag shape according to customer requirements, and the inner layer of the composite film must be a film with heat-seal performance. The process of flexible packaging bag making is divided into back sealing bag making and side sealing bag making. The back sealing bag making method is split type.
During production, the bag-making material is released by the unwinding device and enters the forming stage, which is mainly completed by the photoelectric control system, forming plate and regulating device. The bag-making material enters the heat sealing stage. The heat sealing of the bag is completed by the longitudinal and transverse heat sealing devices, and the newly hot sealed parts are cooled and shaped. Then the photoelectric control system controls the delivery position of the hot sealed materials, and the continuous delivered bags are cut into individual bags by the cutter device.
The common bag shape is: seal bag, seal organ bag, trapezium seal organ bag, side seal organ bag, four side seal organ bag, three side seal bag, stand by bag, three side seal zipper bag, stand by zipper bag, penguin bag, tear mouth bag, box bag.
