Uniform Gluing, Stable Board Quality
Glue is sprayed radially through centrifugal nozzles on the hollow shaft into the high-speed rotating material ring. Under particle-to-particle friction, the glue is fully dispersed - ensuring every particle and fiber receives an even amount of resin, eliminating "flower board" and localized glue-starved spots.
Low Breakage, Low Wear
The low-speed mixing design greatly reduces mechanical damage to particles and fibers, keeping the raw material geometry intact for better finished board physical properties. Mixing chamber wear is also significantly reduced, extending equipment life.
5%–20% Glue Saving
Traditional high-speed blenders rely on strong mechanical shear to disperse glue, which wastes resin. The ring glue blender uses precision spraying + low-energy dispersion to achieve the same gluing effect with less glue - directly lowering glue cost per cubic meter of board.
Anti-Stick & Anti-Curing Design
The main shaft, mixing claws, and shell are all equipped with water circulation cooling to control temperature rise during mixing and prevent premature glue curing and caking. The shell uses ceramic / wear-resistant alloy liners - corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
