Intelligent Glue Application - Save 50% Adhesive

Hot melt glue is applied only to the leading and trailing edges of the label, not the entire surface. A heated glue roller with a precision scraper blade controls the adhesive film thickness with high consistency. This approach uses roughly half the glue of full-surface application while still ensuring secure bonding. The glue tank includes temperature monitoring and automatically maintains working temperature before the pump activates - preventing cold-glue clogs and waste.

High-Speed Output Without Compromise

Production speeds range from 9,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour, depending on model and bottle size. The vacuum drum holds each cut label securely during transfer, while the servo-driven cutting system ensures label length accuracy within ±1mm. Even at maximum speed, the labeling precision remains stable - no drifting, no misalignment.

Built for 24/7 Operation

The frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel with a C-shaped steel backbone for high rigidity and low vibration. Gears are heat-treated and ground for precision and quiet operation.
