Vacuum forming, also known as thermal forming, involves heating the material film through the main machine's heating pipes, using vacuum pressure generated by a vacuum pump to remove air between PVC, PET, or similar material films and sheets. They are then adhered to the surfaces of various shaped sheets. Material films are divided into 15 filaments, 25 filaments, 30 filaments, 35 filaments, etc., according to the sheet thickness, adjusting temperature and equipment parameters.
1. Keep the equipment's mainframe and platform clean regularly.
2. Periodically remove the vacuum pump, clean the dust from the filter screen to ensure the vacuum pipeline's smoothness, and replace the vacuum pump oil.
3. Regularly check the main machine's working condition and promptly replace damaged heating pipes or other components.
