Maintenance And Care Of Fully Automatic Vacuum Forming Machine

With the rapid development of modern electronics, the fully automatic vacuum forming machine has become a driving force in industries such as mechanical processing. As a part of the film laminating machine series, the fully automatic vacuum forming machine is widely used in our daily lives. The forming principle of the fully automatic vacuum forming machine involves fixing sheet workpieces and material films on the equipment platform. The chromium-nickel wire heating system heats the material film, softening it. Subsequently, the low-pressure of the equipment removes the air between the sheet and the material film, allowing the material film to adhere and form according to the contours of the workpiece. After cooling in the warehouse, workers directly cut out the workpiece. Common materials processed by vacuum forming machines include PVC, PET, among others.

The main construction of the fully automatic vacuum forming machine consists of a material film frame, automatic trimming cutter, pneumatic pressure frame, automatic pneumatic locking frame, workpiece platform, heating and adsorption host, joint vacuum pump, high-definition multi-mode computer touch screen, observation window, finished product cooling function, chromium-nickel wire heating tube, and additional aluminum strip auxiliary heating devices. The pneumatic device serves as the main power source, and its cutting knife, pressure frame locking, and cooling system are part of the fully automatic control system composed of electric motors, reducers, time relays, and stroke switches. It is a typical electromechanical integrated molding product, with a wide range of applications. Therefore, diagnosing faults and maintenance differ significantly from traditional machine tools. Hence, gaining a thorough understanding of the relevant technology for diagnosing faults and maintaining automatic vacuum forming machines has increasingly become a focus for related units and employees, playing a crucial role in the proper maintenance and operation of fully automatic vacuum forming machines.

Maintenance and Care of Fully Automatic Vacuum Forming Machines

Vacuum forming, also known as thermal forming, involves heating the material film through the main machine's heating pipes, using vacuum pressure generated by a vacuum pump to remove air between PVC, PET, or similar material films and sheets. They are then adhered to the surfaces of various shaped sheets. Material films are divided into 15 filaments, 25 filaments, 30 filaments, 35 filaments, etc., according to the sheet thickness, adjusting temperature and equipment parameters.

1. Keep the equipment's mainframe and platform clean regularly.

2. Periodically remove the vacuum pump, clean the dust from the filter screen to ensure the vacuum pipeline's smoothness, and replace the vacuum pump oil.

3. Regularly check the main machine's working condition and promptly replace damaged heating pipes or other components.

4. Maintain the vacuum pump's oil level; if the oil level is too high, oil will overflow from the exhaust port. Low vacuum levels can also damage the vacuum pump. Contact a professional operator for vacuum pump maintenance.
