BOPP film
BOPP Film is produced by melting PP resin, extruding it into a thick amorphous sheet, and then stretching it 3-5 times in the machine direction (at 135-145℃) and 8-10 times in the transverse direction (at 155-165℃), followed by heat setting to fix the molecular structure. This precise manufacturing process differentiates BOPP Film from traditional cast PP film, endowing it with superior performance characteristics. Unlike PVC or PE films, BOPP Film is lightweight (density only 0.91 g/cm³), non-toxic, and 100% recyclable, complying with global environmental regulations such as EU PPWR. It can be further processed through corona treatment, coating, metallization, and other technologies to enhance its surface adhesion, barrier properties, and functionality, meeting the diverse needs of different industries.
