The working principle of the high-frequency splicing machine relies on the polarization heating of the medium (such as wood boards) using a high-frequency electromagnetic field. Specifically, the high-frequency splicing machine employs a high-frequency medium heating generator for heating. It utilizes a splicing platform with vertical and lateral pressure to join materials such as wood and boards, along with a feeding cart and a roller unloading platform for convenient loading and unloading. This process rapidly solidifies the glue within the wood boards in a matter of seconds to complete the splicing. Due to the heating effect of the high-frequency electromagnetic field, molecules inside materials like wood and boards are excited and move rapidly, generating heat through friction, thereby quickly heating and bonding the glue and wood surfaces. Additionally, the high-frequency splicing machine utilizes PLC program control, allowing presetting of high-frequency power and heating time based on parameters such as board thickness and glue volume, achieving automated production.

Compared to traditional splicing machines, high-frequency splicing machines offer advantages such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable quality. The production of splicing machines must adopt an integral frame structure to ensure rigidity, as it is a primary requirement during the board processing to prevent scattering. One of the requirements for the core board is to store it inside the machine for a long time to improve its heating effect, thereby reducing pressing time and enabling splicing to be completed within seconds, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Additionally, high-frequency splicing machines offer greater flexibility in terms of adjusting parameters for different materials and production requirements.
