Operation Tips
Avoid using the PUR hot melt glue machine in surroundings with volatile or explosive materials or gases. Flammable and explosive items should not be stored around the spraying equipment of the PUR hot melt glue machine.
Do not operate the hot melt glue machine without appropriate protective devices and good insulation or protective panels.
Only professionally trained personnel are allowed to disassemble and repair the PUR hot melt glue machine when maintenance is required.
During installation, the PUR hot melt glue machine should not be placed in well-ventilated conditions or environments with fast-moving air. Rapid airflow can cause the adhesive sprayed by the hot melt glue nozzle assembly to cool rapidly, leading to stringing and affecting the adhesive quality.
The PUR hot melt glue machine should not be operated when the ambient temperature is below -20°C or above 80°C.
