Precautions For High-Frequency Splicing Machine Usage

Precautions for High-Frequency Splicing Machine Usage

1

Operators must undergo training before they can operate the machine. Only designated personnel are allowed to operate the equipment.

2

Operators must wear appropriate work attire, gloves are strictly prohibited, and they must maintain a high level of concentration while working.

3

Both the high-frequency machine and splicing machine involve high-frequency and high-voltage electricity on the lower platen. Opening the doors during operation is strictly prohibited to prevent electric shock.

4

Operating the high-frequency splicing machine without a load is strictly prohibited. The heating button should only be pressed when splicing boards, and it's strictly prohibited to apply pressure without any load.

5

The set values of various pressure regulating valves in the splicing machine: the maximum system pressure is 16MPa, and exceeding this pressure is prohibited.

6

Regular cleaning, filtering, or replacement of the hydraulic oil in the tank, and timely refilling with oil, are necessary.

7

When splicing boards, it is necessary to place 2-3mm thick wooden pads in front of the rear cylinder iron stack, using wooden pads thicker than the splicing board is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the upper platen. Remember this!

8

Impurities and residual adhesives on the platen must be regularly cleaned, especially iron scraps and metal objects, to prevent platen burnout.

9

Splicing boards must undergo machining on a planer first to ensure uniform thickness, and they also need to be dried to ensure no dead knots.
