This machine is composed of feeding dust removal, substrate preheating, gluing, lamination conveying, pressing, and discharging conveying. There are two types of gluing machines, one is two-stick gluing, which is suitable for the accuracy requirements of gluing. Material that is too high; one is three-roll coating, and a reverse ceramic roller is added, which is suitable for high-gloss surface materials such as PET, which requires high glue coating accuracy for the purpose of glue leveling.

APPLICATIONS
This machine is a roll coating and gluing equipment, which rolls the glue onto the surface of the board; this machine can laminate PVC film, wrapping paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminium foil, copper foil and other rolled fabrics on the surface of the boards, such as MDF board, chipboard, granule board, calcium silicate board, magnesium glass board, PVC foaming board, aluminium board and wood-plastic door etc. It can also laminate single piece of material, such as acrylic board, veneer sheets, PET sheets, and fireproof boards.
