Performance Characteristics
01. This machine uses PUR reactive hot melt adhesive, the production speed is fast, the fastest 65 metres per minute; solvent-resistant, weather-resistant, the material does not open the glue at a temperature of -40~140 °; the amount of adhesive coated is controlled by PLC, accurate and glue-saving.
02. First time memory CNC adjusting wheel, substrate through the slide CNC positioning, double rolls of automatic film splicing, drive wheel slot positioning, line automatic memory, automatic reset, reset time of about 5 minutes; Customers can choose to configure the machine with 30/46/58 robotic arms according to their own needs, so as to achieve the best price-performance ratio; can also be equipped with optional continuous gluing machine, brush dust removal, affinity agent device, protective film device.

Working Principle
When the profile moves in the conveying direction, the glued decorative material will be crushed point by point by the pressure rollers and moulding wheels to achieve the laminating work with the substrate. The automatic CNC cladding machine adopts various moulding rollers to simulate the manual laminating action to attach the surface decorative material to the surface of the substrate. In this process, the centre line or the highest or the lowest point of the profile is generally selected as the starting point, and the press wheels are fixed in position point by point and in sequence along the profile surface contour to form the envelope of the profile contour.
