Working Principle
When the profile moves in the conveying direction, the glued decorative material is crushed point by point by the pressure rollers and forming wheels to achieve the composite work with the profile. Full-automatic CNC cladding machine is suitable for cladding PVC, decorative paint paper, solid wood veneer on the surface of various lines such as wood, aluminium-plastic profiles, foaming materials and so on. Its working principle is mainly to use various moulding pressure wheels to simulate the manual laminating action to attach the surface decorative materials to the surface of the substrate
Applications
This machine is the fifth generation of this series of wrapping machine, with invention patent and leading technology of similar products in the international market; it is specially used for wrapping PVC film, wrapping paper, wood veneer, CPL, leather, aluminium foil, copper foil and other rolled fabrics on the surface of PVC plastic door and window profiles and aluminium alloy profiles.

The first memory CNC adjusting wheel, the substrate through the slide CNC positioning, double rolls of automatic film splicing, drive wheel slot positioning, automatic memory of the line, automatic reset, reset time of about 5 minutes; standard with continuous adhesive machine, brush dust removal, affinity agent device, fluorescence detection device, protective film device.
