Maintenance inspection contents:

1. Check whether the lubricating oil in the cabinet is within the specified range, pick up the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the oil quantity is in the middle of the two lines, but don't avoid spraying the lubricating oil too much.

2. Check the stepless governor lubricating oil, visual inspection by oil mirror, less than half of the oil mirror need to add lubricating oil.

3. All transmission gears of the machine shall be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.

4. The polished rod parts of the polished rod cable arranger shall be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.

5. Make sure that there is no obstacle within the range of machine action, and check at any time.

6. Tighten the screws in the transmission and connection parts of the machine to avoid loosening and affecting the operation of the machine. Check once a week.

7. Before operating the machine, please run it at a low speed for about 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
