An Automatic Hot Melt Adhesive Carton Sealing Machine is an intelligent packaging device that uses hot melt adhesive as the sealing medium, integrating automatic carton feeding, glue melting, precise glue spraying, flap folding, and instant curing to complete the carton sealing process automatically. It adopts electrical heating technology to melt solid hot melt adhesive into a liquid state (160-220℃), then sprays the liquid adhesive evenly onto the carton seams through a precision glue gun, which cools and solidifies within 10-30 seconds to form a high-strength bond.Compared to traditional tape sealing machines, this equipment offers superior adhesion and aesthetics: the hot melt adhesive penetrates the corrugated paper fibers to form a mechanical bond, with adhesion strength 3-5 times that of tape, effectively preventing carton opening during transportation. Additionally, the adhesive is hidden in the carton seams, resulting in a neat, smooth surface without tape marks, enhancing the professional appearance of packaged products.
