Working Principle
The carton sealing process generally follows these steps:
Step 1: Carton Filling
The product is placed inside the corrugated carton manually or by an upstream packaging machine.
Step 2: Manual Carton Feeding
The operator places the filled carton onto the machine conveyor and guides it into the working area.
Step 3: Carton Positioning
The conveyor moves the carton forward while the side guides keep the carton properly aligned.
Step 4: Top Flap Folding
The machine automatically folds the upper carton flaps into the appropriate position.
Step 5: Carton Compression and Closing
The carton passes through the closing section, allowing the upper flaps to remain properly aligned.
Step 6: Tape Application
The sealing head automatically applies adhesive tape along the top center seam.
Step 7: Tape Cutting
After the required sealing length has been completed, the tape is cut automatically.
Step 8: Finished Carton Discharge
The sealed carton continues along the conveyor and exits the machine for the next packaging process.
