The whole machine frame uses thickened stainless steel materials, fully compliant with industrial hygiene standards, easy to clean and sanitize, suitable for cleanroom production requirements.The core filling system adopts high-precision servo volumetric dosing technology, ensuring stable and repeatable filling volume. The anti-drip suck-back nozzle design effectively eliminates liquid overflow, wire drawing, and residual material contamination, keeping cartridge mouths and equipment surfaces clean. For high-viscosity materials such as thick oils, creams, and slurries, the optional constant-temperature heating system stabilizes fluidity, ensuring uniform filling speed and consistent dosage. All material contact parts adopt food-grade and medical-grade stainless steel, avoiding chemical reaction and ensuring material safety.
