EVA Hot Melt Adhesive Machine for Packing and Gluing Applications is a professional automated equipment dedicated to melting EVA hot melt adhesive and dispensing it precisely onto substrates for packaging and bonding purposes, it adopts advanced mechanical transmission, servo control, intelligent temperature regulation, and precision dispensing technology to achieve efficient, precise, and stable EVA hot melt glue application. Unlike traditional manual gluing (which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to uneven glue application) and semi-automatic gluing machines (which require manual auxiliary feeding and positioning), the fully automatic EVA Hot Melt Adhesive Machine can seamlessly connect with upstream packaging equipment (carton making machines, product feeding lines) and downstream processing equipment (pressing machines, labeling machines, stacking machines), forming an end-to-end automated packaging and gluing production line.

Core Construction & Key Features
EVA Melting System
Equipped with a stainless steel heating barrel (304 stainless steel) and a precision temperature control system, capable of melting EVA hot melt adhesive (granules or sticks) quickly and evenly. The heating barrel adopts a multi-zone temperature control design (from feed inlet to nozzle), with a temperature adjustment range of 80℃-220℃ and a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring the EVA adhesive is always in the optimal melting state without carbonization or degradation. The barrel has a capacity of 1L-50L, supporting continuous feeding and melting to meet different production needs.
Precision Dispensing Mechanism
The core component of the machine, available in spray, roller, dot/line, or extrusion types according to gluing needs. Adopts a high-precision gear pump or screw pump to control glue output, with a glue output accuracy of ±1% and a minimum glue dot diameter of 0.3mm, ensuring uniform glue application and no glue overflow. The nozzle is detachable and replaceable, supporting different gluing patterns (dots, lines, sprays) and adapting to different substrate sizes and shapes. An innovative online adjustable nozzle design allows for easy adjustments without stopping the machine, improving production efficiency.
Intelligent Control System
Equipped with a user-friendly LCD touch screen and PLC control system, supporting one-click operation, parameter adjustment (melting temperature, glue output, gluing speed, positioning accuracy), and real-time fault alarm (glue shortage, temperature deviation, nozzle blockage, motor failure). The system can store up to 100 sets of parameter presets for different packaging and gluing tasks, enabling quick changeovers (3-15 minutes) for small-batch, multi-variety production. Advanced models adopt analog digital control and servo drive, supporting precise positioning and complex gluing trajectories.
High-Speed & Stable Operation
Gluing speed ranges from 10 to 150 meters per minute-continuous operation models can reach 100-150 meters per minute, while intermittent models range from 10-50 meters per minute. The machine adopts high-quality servo motors and precision transmission systems, ensuring stable operation with low vibration and noise (≤70dB), supporting 24-hour continuous operation for large-scale production. The precision positioning system (±0.02mm) ensures accurate glue application, avoiding misalignment and glue waste.

Packaging Industry:
Carton sealing (corrugated cartons, express boxes), food packaging (snack boxes, beverage packaging, food bags), cosmetic packaging (cosmetic boxes, bottle caps), and gift box assembly-using food-grade EVA glue to ensure safety and environmental friendliness. The fast gluing speed and uniform glue application improve packaging efficiency, while the strong bonding ensures the packaging is firm and leak-proof.
Furniture Industry:
Furniture edge banding (PVC, ABS, wood strips), panel bonding, and drawer assembly-using high-temperature EVA glue with strong bonding strength and temperature adaptability. The precision gluing avoids glue overflow, ensuring the furniture surface is smooth and beautiful.
Electronic Industry:
Electronic component packaging (circuit boards, sensors, batteries), 3C product assembly (mobile phone cases, earphone shells), and wire fixing-using precision dot/line gluing to avoid glue damage to electronic components. The high positioning accuracy and stable glue output ensure the bonding is firm and reliable.
Textile & Leather Industry:
