For adhesive management, our quantitative monitoring system tracks adhesive application status in real time, preventing production quality issues caused by insufficient or excessive adhesive. For detected non-conforming products, it automatically tracks and locates them, efficiently separating defective items through reliable linear or rotary rejection mechanisms to ensure continuous and stable production line operation. Additionally, the equipment features a non-contact cold glue spray gun. Powered by ultra-fast, wear-free electromagnetic drive technology, it achieves high-precision cold glue spot and line application, further enhancing your adhesive application accuracy and operational efficiency.
