01. Gathering

According to the number of pages (2P, 4P, 8P, 16P, 32P) set the thickness check parameters (tolerance value can not exceed the standard, after exceeding the standard, there will be more posts, less posts without stopping phenomenon), set the image error detection memory according to the layout picture (according to the configuration of the machine). For the adhesive machine that adopts the vise type holding post, according to the different folding methods of the folding machine (domestic type 660, MBO, rotary single double paper track, rotary double single double paper track book) and the different thickness of the book post, in order to prevent the holding of the book post, the position adjustment of the suction nozzle should be timely followed up in place, and at the same time, it is necessary to check whether the signal fault reset switch of each station is timely reset. Otherwise empty post will not stop.

 

02. Milling back


Because it is a wireless adhesive, so after the book is equipped with the book back milling into a single sheet, that is, after the book behind the milling, the back from the outside to the inside must not have a page phenomenon, otherwise the hot melt glue can not penetrate the page bond in place.

 

03. Broaching slot


The back of the book is drawn into a triangular or rectangular groove with a groove depth of about 1.2 mm (the groove knife is divided into triangles and rectangles), and the groove spacing is about 5 to 12 mm (the relevant parameters can be enlarged or reduced according to the paper).

 

04. Sizing


Sizing is divided into the plug of the first glue pot and the sizing of the second glue pot.

In principle, there can only be a gap of 0 to 5 wires between the back of the book and the plug wheel, to ensure that the hot melt glue can be plugged into the pull slot of the book, and the radius of the plug wheel is about 3 mm larger than the radius of the plug wheel.

In principle, there can only be 1 ~ 2 mm gap between the back of the book and the second glue pan, to ensure that the amount of glue on the back, the radius of the glue wheel is about 4 mm larger than the radius of the glue wheel, the opening and closing glue according to the height of the book (select the corresponding opening CAM), neither empty, nor overflow glue, in principle to minimize the production of wild glue, The height adjustment of the glue stick should be in place. Upper side glue (height 3 ~ 6 mm), the principle of opening and closing glue is the same as above.

 

05. Cover out


The indentation of the cover is divided into Yin and Yang marks, and the depth of the indentation is set according to the quantitative setting of the cover.

 

06. Clamp firmly


According to the paper quantity of the cover, one or two brackets are used, and some machines are only configured with one bracket.

 

07. Gross cost test


Gross inspection (depending on machine configuration), down line counting and stacking (cooling, double package should be transferred into the double slitter through the conveyor belt).

 

08. Crop


Three side cutting (strict control of broken head, knife flower).

 

09. Inspection of finished product


Inspect the finished product according to the finished product inspection standard.
