1. Comb Machine
The comb machine is used for planing and combing wood. It comprises a frame, motor, cutting tools, dust collector, pneumatic components, and electrical control elements.

Operation:
Place the short square or round wood that needs processing onto the worktable. Activate the hand valve to compress the wood using the pneumatic cylinder. Then start the main spindle motor, planing motor, and dust collector. Open the worktable feed valve, allowing the wood on the table to be automatically planed, combed, and reset. Finally, release the hand valve and remove the processed wood.
2. Joining Machine
The purpose of the joining machine is to glue and join pre-combed wood into products of required dimensions. It comprises a frame, motor, pneumatic components, hydraulic elements, and electrical control elements.

Operation:
Press the clamp button to apply glue to the pre-combed short wood and feed it into the worktable for clamping.
Use the sawing button to set the clamped wood to the required size.
Press the hydraulic start button to activate the hydraulic motor.
Use the hydraulic feed button to advance the joining wood with the hydraulic cylinder.
Press the hydraulic retract button to reset the cylinder.
Press the hydraulic stop button to turn off the hydraulic motor.
Use the discharge button to push the joined square wood out.
