The Manufacturing Process Of Diapers

The production technology of diapers has been very mature and has already realized automated closed industrial production. The main construction is composed of top film, diversion, core (three layers), back film, elastic waist, elastic line, hot melt adhesive, Velcro and so on. The reason why the diaper can not wet, mainly because of the use of superabsorbent resin and fluff pulp composed of the core.

To produce a finished diaper, go through the following procedures: Pulp - grinding - molding - fixed absorption core layer and absorbent paper (spray glue)- embossing - cutting, absorbing core layer and absorbent paper peripheral molding - the first forming cutting, absorbing core layer required length - fixed PE film and elastic line (spray glue)- random adhesive tape area - on the self-adhesive tape - peripheral molding - longitudinal three fold - second forming cutting - transverse three fold - transport - arrangement - packaging - kill Bacteria (ethylene oxide, nondestructive sterilization)- finished product storage.

The production process of nappies on the market is basically the same, and the most core part is environmental protection and safe good materials. The main materials are superabsorbent resin, fluff pulp, toilet paper, non-woven fabric, hydrophilic cloth, water repellent cloth, spandex elastic fiber. The environmental protection of these materials is the core and guarantee.

Super AbsorbentPolymer (SAP for short). A polymer of acrylic acid and sodium acrylate, SAP can absorb liquids several times larger in volume. SAP is closely linked with water molecules in the form of chains. When hydration occurs with a large number of SAP Cross links, they form a gel layer with amazing absorption capacity, which has the advantages of large water absorption capacity, fast water absorption speed, strong water retention ability, non-toxic and tasteless. The amount of liquid absorbed by the Gel layer depends on the degree of cross-linking. If there is not enough cross-linking between SAP, it is easy to deform, resulting in the outer SAP absorbing liquid too fast and forming Gel Blocking in the outer layer, which prevents more liquid from being absorbed by the inner SAP.

The good fiber characteristics of FluffPulp can play a high diversion dispersion role, so that the liquid absorbed into the core layer quickly and evenly disperse, so as to avoid the phenomenon of gel blocking. Is commonly referred to as lumpy, fracture. Manufacturers adjust the ratio of SAP and fluff to achieve optimal absorption of the absorbing core layer.

Production environment is an important guarantee of good diapers. The production workshop should have strict ventilation, temperature, humidity control, microbial monitoring and testing. Therefore, there must be a bacterial treatment process, without which the hygiene standards cannot be guaranteed. So what we see is diapers, sanitary pads, etc. are sealed to kill bacteria and keep microbacteria out. The difference between large and small factories is also an important part of the difference in management costs.
