1. Palm closing machine
It is composed of unwinding seat, heat sealing and cooling device, forming device, traction device and winding device.
1) Unwinding device: place bag-making materials to provide materials for heat sealing and control the tension of releasing materials.
It is composed of seat frame, discharge shaft and magnetic powder clutch.
2) Heat sealing cooling device: heat and seal the fit material at the palm and cool it down.
It is composed of heat sealing (left and right) knife, pressing wheel and blowing device.
3) Molding device: molding sheet material into folding bag shape.
It is composed of forming plate, forming auxiliary wheel and fixing frame.
4) Traction device: traction material moving on the machine, control the speed of palm closing.
It is composed of motor and clamping roller.
5) Winding device: gather and roll the bag-making material into coiled material.
It is composed of winding frame and driving belt.
2. Bag cutting machine
It is composed of discharge device, traction device, heat sealing and cooling device, photoelectric control device and cutting device.
1) Discharge device: place bag-making materials, provide materials for bag-making, and control the tension of releasing materials.
It is composed of discharge rack and brake device.
2) Traction device: Traction bag-making material moves on the machine, controls the bag-making speed and tension, and controls the feeding position with photoelectric control system.
It is composed of motor, clamping roller and floating roller.
3) Heat sealing and cooling device: heating and sealing, cooling and cooling at the cross sealing position of bag-making material.
It is composed of frame, heating plate, heat sealing knife, cooling plate, spring and silicone plate.
4) Photoelectric control device: control the longitudinal position of bag-making material when stepping, to ensure the accuracy of bag cutting and heat sealing position. Photoelectric detection head can select a variety of material positions with reflective differences as detection objects.
It is composed of photoelectric detection head and control box.
5) Cutter device: cut off the continuous bag-making material to form a single finished bag.
It is composed of upper and lower cutting tool and connecting rod.
3. Edge sealing machine
It is composed of discharge device, forming device, heat sealing and cooling device, traction device, photoelectric control device, tension control and bag cutting device.
1) Discharge device: place bag-making coil material to provide materials for bag-making.
It is composed of a frame, a reel and a broken material detection device.
2) Forming device: the sheet composite material is formed into a folding shape, so that the positive and back patterns are aligned.
It is composed of two 45° forming plates, cutting knife and alignment adjusting roll.
3) Heat sealing and cooling device: the molded bag material is heated and bonded in the heat sealing position, and then cooled and shaped. The heat sealing and cooling pressure can be adjusted on this device.
It is composed of frame, heating plate, heat sealing knife, cooling plate, spring and silicone plate.
4) Tension control device: control the tension stability of bag-making materials in the process of unwinding, forming and heat sealing, so as to meet the requirements of bag-making.
It is composed of floating roll, pneumatic valve, cylinder and stroke control.
5) Photoelectric control device: control the longitudinal position of the bag-making material during the step, to ensure the accuracy of the forming, heat sealing, punching and cutting position of the bag. Photoelectric detection head can select a variety of material positions with reflective differences as detection objects.

6) Traction device: the traction material moves forward to complete the bag-making process on the machine, and the traction amount of the material is controlled by photoelectric and tension control system. Dividing, forming and discharging traction device.

7) Bag cutting device: cut the continuous bag into a single finished bag.
It is composed of upper and lower cutting tool and connecting tie rod.
