Pre-Start Inspection of the Laminating Machine
Check if the machine is in a safe state.
Adjust the film transport to ensure even tension, accommodating the required film transport tension.
Inspect the parallelism between the coating roller and the adhesive.
Test the temperature of the heating roller, avoiding any prohibition indicated by the thermometer.
Ensure that the pressure gauge registers between 15 to 20 for effective pressure; inadequate pressure may affect product quality.
Clean any debris from the adhesive roller to prevent waste after product formation.
Operational Steps
After completing preparatory tasks, turn on the main power switch.
Activate the heating cylinder and the motor, then start the oil pump.
Adjust the flow of laminating adhesive and ensure parallel alignment between the rollers.
Adjust the paper positioning on the feeding table.
Apply the laminating adhesive and activate the heating tunnel.
After laminating a few sheets of paper, readjust the heating roller's temperature, pressure, and the airflow in the heating tunnel until optimal performance is achieved.
Commence normal operations once everything is set.
Post-Operation Procedures for the Laminating Machine
Stop heating before shutting down the machine. Allow cooling before turning off the motor and fan.
Clean all rollers thoroughly, wiping the adhesive roller, shiny roller, and large pressure roller, ensuring cleanliness for subsequent use.
Routine Maintenance Guidelines for Cabinet Film Laminating Machine
Regularly inspect the hydraulic system for leaks in hoses, valves, and seals. Replace seals promptly and refill hydraulic oil as necessary.
Periodically check for adhesive residue or oil stains on the adhesive roller. Clean these promptly to maintain clean roller surfaces.
After each use, immediately clean the machine using adhesive solvent (alcohol or xylene) and soft cloths. Avoid using sharp tools on roller surfaces.
Before every startup, clean dust off the roller surfaces and ensure they are free of debris. Address any machine faults, abnormal noises promptly before resuming operations.
Ensure proper grounding and insulation for the laminating machine's electrical components.
Maintain the blade edge of the cabinet laminating machine's scraper. If it shows signs of wear or deformation, replace it promptly with a 0.15~0.20mm manganese steel or equivalent blade as per the original specifications.
