4. Roll type
The lift coating is applied to the coating surface with the coating spokes, and the in-machine coating is mainly based on this type of coating machine. The coating measuring mouth is adjusted by the pressure between the measuring rollers, and the pressure is strengthened. As the amount of paint passed decreases, so does the amount of coating. Types of roll coater: press roll coater, reverse roll coater, transfer roll coater, gravure roll coater.
5. Spray coating
Spray coating technology is a non-contact coating method, using controlled high-pressure spray technology to coat paper or board on one or two sides (sizing).
6. curtain coating
The multilayer curtain coater can give the inkjet paper surface three layers (bottom, absorption and top) after a single coating operation, and can obtain a uniform coating on the uneven surface of the paper.
7. Slit coating
The slit coating head comprises a coating liquid storage tank; The pump is used to press the coating liquid in the coating liquid storage tank to the nozzle through the supply line; The control part is used to control the work of the pump and nozzle, and the pressure detection part is used to detect the pressure of the pipeline. When the pressure reaches the predetermined pressure condition, the nozzle removes the coating liquid.
