Brief Introduction of OSB Production line
Raw Materials
The most frequently –used raw materials are small diameter wood, bamboowood, branches, leftovers of timber cutting and wood strips , round wood core and veneer wastes.
Characteristics of OSB board
With density of 550---750kg/m3 is made on the basis of wood or bagasse or bamboo.
Board is pasted by Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives.
Uniform and smooth surface of Board in compliance with Laminating Requirement.
Gradual-changing structure,can be made into kitchen cabnet, furniture,etc.
Finished OSB Quality
Paticle board meet A category technical requirements in GB/T4897-92 national standard.

1 Flake Preparation Section
Usually this section can be complimented Acc.to materials nature.
This section include Chipping, flakering, wet flakes storing and conveying.
Equipments in this section is flexible, can be finalized according to customer's different requirement.
2 Drying and Classification Section
This section include drying,flake re-crusher, mechanism classifer, conveyoer, surface and core flake storage silo. Acc.to different racio between superficial flakes and core flakes, the classifier can automatically adjust to meet the two layers' racio requirement.
3 Pressing Section
Multi opening Press is made up of Loader, Hot press, Un-loader, Hydraulic system.
4 Sanding section
This section include: Board cooling, Sawing the edges, Stacking, Storage. After the glue solidifies, use a forklift to deliver the board to the Sanding line.
