Cleaning Method

This repeated action can quickly remove the debris or slag stuck between the scraper roller wheel;

Maintenance
1, Rollers should not be stored near large motors and generators. Because of the large amount of ozone generated by these devices, the surface of the roller will age and crack.
2, When the weather is cold, the glue is uneven, auxiliary materials can be added to the glue appropriately, and it is forbidden to bake with infrared heaters and other equipment to prevent the oxidation of the rubber roller.
3, Hot melt adhesive coating machine roller in the main transfer glue. Therefore, the daily cleaning of the roller must be carefully cleaned, otherwise it will oxidize the surface layer of the roller to produce a smooth and hard film, causing the surface glass and affecting the transfer of glue. If it is not cleaned regularly, the surface of the roller will be uneven and difficult to use. Therefore, the rubber roller should be washed and put aside when it is shut down.
(4) In order to ensure that the production and product quality are not affected, the storage environment of the rubber roller is the same as that of the rubber blanket. In addition, the roller should be set up flat at the journal, and the surface should not contact with each other or other items to avoid deformation of the roller.
