The Principle of Labeling Machines
Throughout the entire operation of the labeling machine, strict adherence to the workflow procedures is essential. During the conveyor belt process, immediate troubleshooting when errors or omissions occur in the middle is crucial for ensuring the integrity of the workflow. Therefore, operators must possess a solid understanding of the labeling machine. Below is a brief overview of the working principle of the labeling machine.

Label Peeling Principle
By leveraging the label's inherent stiffness and elasticity exceeding the adhesive force between the label and its backing paper, the backing paper undergoes a 172-degree rotation. This action forces the label to separate from the backing paper, thereby achieving the "label peeling" objective.
Label Feeding Principle
The label backing paper is pulled by a traction mechanism, driving the label to move along the peeling mechanism. At the corner of the peeling plate, the backing paper rotates approximately 172 degrees. The label's inherent rigidity overcomes the adhesive force between the label and backing paper, causing the label to separate from the backing paper. The backing paper continues to be pulled, while the label is simultaneously fed out, completing the "label feeding" action.
Label Application Principle
For labels adhered to the target surface, apply sequential linear force using tools such as rollers, brushes, or adhesive films to complete the "label application" action.
Working Principle of Flat Labeling Machine
Working Principle of Automatic Flat Labeling Machine
When the sensor detects a product passing by, it transmits a signal to the labeling control system. After processing by the PLC, the system dispenses a label at the precise moment to adhere to the designated position on the product. The product then passes through the label pressing device, ensuring the label is firmly pressed into place, completing the application of a single label.
Fully Automatic Flat Labeling Machine Operation Principle
A sensor detects the arrival of a product or a foot pedal triggers a product arrival signal. The suction head, holding the label, lowers to apply and press the label. It then returns to its origin to pick up the next label, awaiting the next labeling signal. This completes the labeling process for one label.
