How to maintain a paper cup machine?
Daily Maintenance of Machinery
To ensure trouble-free operation of the machine, operators must understand both the machine's functions and the paper cup (bowl) forming process. This machine consists of various components, each serving a specific purpose during production. Therefore, thoroughly familiarizing yourself with the machine's characteristics by reading the user manual is crucial. Pay attention to daily maintenance, primarily focusing on cleaning and lubrication. This will enhance machine stability and extend its service life.

Machine Maintenance
Only through regular maintenance of the paper cup machine can working conditions be improved, ensuring the machine remains in optimal operating condition and extending its service life. Specific methods are as follows:
1.Conduct daily routine inspections to check and lubricate all joints and moving parts above the machine.
2.Inspect whether the cylindrical pins on connecting components are loose and ensure retaining rings are in proper position. If any deformation or displacement is detected, remove and immediately replace the retaining ring with a new one.
3.Inspect all fasteners such as nuts and bolts. If any looseness is found, tighten promptly; otherwise, severe vibration, rattling, or other serious issues may occur.
4.During production, all operators or maintenance technicians must be alert to any unusual noises or abnormal signs. Should such occur, immediately stop the machine and conduct a thorough inspection.
5.Whenever issues are detected, only qualified personnel may perform refurbishment work to ensure personnel and machine safety.
6.The oil pump inlet filter in the lubrication system must be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging of oil lines. New machines should have the filter cleaned weekly for the first two months, then biweekly thereafter to ensure unobstructed oil flow.
7.Lubricating oil requires periodic replacement. The first change for new machines should occur at 30 days; subsequent intervals may extend to every 6 to 12 months depending on oil condition.
8.Optical sensors require periodic cleaning, typically every 3 to 5 working days, to maintain detection sensitivity.
9.The blower's intake air filter should be cleaned weekly to ensure adequate airflow.
10.For manually lubricated machine components, ensure regular oiling and cleaning according to the lubrication schedule.
