How to inflate air cushion bags
Today, I'd like to show you how to inflate air cushion bags using an air bag packaging machine.
1. Plug in the machine and turn on the power switch located at the rear of the unit.
2. Connect the air hose from the air compressor to the port beneath the machine's power switch.
3. Place the roll material onto the feed shaft, then secure it by attaching the limit block.
4. Pull the roll material through the four guide shafts in the sequence shown in the diagram.
5. Open the roll material inflation port and attach the machine's inflation hose.
6. Manually pull the roll material to the first rubber roller while pressing the "Jog Feed" button to guide it through the second rubber roller. After passing the second roller, apply slight tension to pull the roll material through the blade and into the third rubber roller.
7. Press the "Continuous Feed" button to initiate inflation.
8. During inflation, adjust the air pressure and speed as needed via the machine controls.
