They do not breed bacteria, are not easily attacked by insects, and do not grow fungi, ensuring a long service life.
• Adjustability: Through additives, plastics can undergo polymerization, foaming, curing, and modification to change the density, strength, and other characteristics of the wood-plastic materials. They can also meet specific requirements such as anti-aging, antistatic, and flame retardant.
• UV Stability and Coloring: They have good UV stability and coloring properties.
• Environmental Protection: One of their biggest advantages is turning waste into treasure and being 100% recyclable and renewable. They can decompose and do not cause "white pollution," making them truly green products.
• Raw Material Availability: The plastic raw materials used for producing wood-plastic composites are mainly high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, while wood fibers can be wood powder, rice husk, or wood fiber. Additionally, a small amount of additives and other processing aids are needed.
• Customization: They can be made into any shape and size as needed.
