Chain Link Roller
Roller chain is ubiquitous from the production lines of large factories to the mechanical equipment in daily life, and its excellent performance and wide range of applications have made it an indispensable key component of modern industry. It is a ring chain consisting of basic parts such as inner chain plate, outer chain plate, pin, sleeve and roller. The inner chain plate is fixed with the sleeve through the interference fit, and the outer chain plate is fixed with the pin through the interference fit, constituting the inner and outer links respectively; the sleeve and the pin are gap-fit, so that the inner and outer links can be rotated relative to each other, realizing the bending and stretching of the chain. Its working principle is based on the meshing transmission of sprocket and chain. When the active sprocket rotates, the motion and power are transmitted to the chain through the meshing of the wheel teeth and rollers, and the chain then drives the driven sprocket to rotate, thus realizing the transmission of power and conversion of motion.
Specificities of Chain Link Roller

The short pitch precision roller chains meet the standards of ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, JS, etc. They mainly include A series short pitch precision roller chains, B series short pitch precision roller chains, heavy duty series roller chains and other series.

Adopting high-quality materials and advanced processing technology, the products are characterized by high tensile strength and high fatigue strength, with the tensile strength reaching over 1.1 times of the minimum tensile strength of ISO standard, and the fatigue strength reaching over 1.15 times of the minimum dynamic load strength of IS0 standard.

The products are widely used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other fields, for all kinds of machinery and facilities to transmit power.
