Production Process
Firstly, outer materials such as non-woven fabrics are released from the raw material unwinding device and then transported through the conveying device to the heating sheet placement and bonding station. Here, the heating sheet is placed and bonded to the non-woven fabric. If there is a humidifying sheet, it will also be placed in the corresponding position. Then, the assembled materials continue to be transported to the cutting station and are cut into individual steam eye masks. Finally, these eye masks enter the packaging device, and after packaging is completed, the finished products are produced.
Working Principle
The operation of the equipment mainly drives each conveying device through motors, making the raw materials move step by step according to the production process. In key processing stations, such as bonding and cutting, corresponding operations are completed by using technologies like hot pressing and mechanical cutting. For example, hot press bonding is to firmly combine the heating sheet with the non-woven fabric through heated molds, while cutting is to cut the materials according to the set shape and size by using sharp knives or laser cutting technology.

The cutting knife has a long service life, can be repaired, and the finished products have an elegant appearance without burrs.
