Working Principle
Fully servo pad equipment relies heavily on servo systems for precise control. Servo system is a kind of automatic control system, which can make the position, orientation, state and other output controlled quantities of the object follow the changes of the input target.
System composition: mainly includes servo drive, encoder and servo motor and other components.
- Servo driver: after receiving the control command, it sends out a signal to drive the servo motor to rotate.
- Encoder: embedded in the motor, the motion parameters feedback to the servo drive.
- Servo motor: After receiving the drive signal, it rotates a specific angle according to the command to realize the displacement.
Working Principle: The servo drive precisely controls the motion of the motor according to the control commands and the signals fed back from the encoder, forming a closed-loop control system. This system ensures that the rotation of the motor is precise and accurate, thus realizing the precise positioning and packaging of the pad equipment.
