Precision Dispensing System
With printing speeds up to 600 mm/s (logistics/industrial models) and print resolution up to 600 dpi, our portable thermal wax printers deliver fast, sharp, and consistent prints-even for small-batch or on-site production. The Kyocera/Toshiba industrial-grade printhead and digital precise temperature control ensure uniform wax ink transfer, with no smudging, fading, or missing printing. The positioning accuracy of ±0.08-0.15mm ensures perfect alignment for labels and product surfaces, enhancing brand image and reducing product waste.
Intelligent Temperature Control System
Adopts PID intelligent temperature control technology, with a temperature control range of 0-280℃ (adjustable in 1℃ increments) and control precision of ±1-3℃. Equipped with high and low temperature protection functions to prevent equipment damage caused by overheating or abnormal temperature, and ensure the hot melt glue maintains stable fluidity, avoiding glue deterioration or bonding failure. The system also has a temperature display and real-time monitoring, allowing operators to adjust parameters at any time.

Human-Machine Interaction Control Panel
Equipped with a 4.3-7 inch LCD touchscreen (supporting English and multi-language) for intuitive parameter setting-glue temperature, dispensing time, glue output, and pressure can be adjusted with one click. The panel supports parameter storage (up to 50+ groups of templates) for quick switching between different workpieces, reducing changeover time. It also has fault alarm functions (nozzle blockage, low glue level, overheating) to remind operators to handle issues in a timely manner.
Step-by-Step Operation Process
Preparation:
Add solid hot melt adhesive (granular or strip) into the melting tank, ensuring the glue amount does not exceed 80% of the tank capacity to avoid overflow or aging caused by repeated heating. Select the appropriate dispensing nozzle and positioning fixture according to the workpiece size and dispensing requirements.
Parameter Setting:
Turn on the machine, set the melting temperature (120-230℃ according to glue type), preheat for 10-30 minutes until the glue is completely melted. Use the touchscreen to set dispensing parameters: glue output, dispensing time, pressure, and dispensing mode (point/line/spray), and store the parameters as a template if needed.
Workpiece Positioning & Dispensing:
The operator places the workpiece on the positioning fixture, adjusts the position to ensure alignment with the dispensing nozzle. Trigger the machine via the foot switch or manual button, and the machine automatically dispenses glue according to preset parameters. After dispensing, the operator removes the workpiece and places the next one, completing the cycle.
Post-Operation Inspection & Maintenance:
Check the bonding effect of the workpiece, adjust parameters if there is glue overflow, shortage, or uneven coating. After production, turn off the heating system, wait for the glue to cool and solidify, clean the nozzle and filter to remove glue residue, and check for component wear.
