2. Turn on the temperature switch and set the temperature, vacuum degree and preheating time according to the needs of the production process. If the vacuum pump is turned on for the first time every day or after a long shutdown, the switch should be clicked twice and then turned on, which is conducive to the normal use of the vacuum pump.

3. Smooth the surface of the coated workpiece, evenly spray PVC film special adhesive, put the prepared workpiece on the expansion plate dedicated to the suction cover station, raise the frame of the PVC film, lay the PVC film, put down the pressure frame immediately lock the pressure frame, the PVC film is required to be smooth, no damage, no air leakage phenomenon and no debris.

4. The suction cover station into the warehouse to the heating control box, heating the PVC film according to the preheating time, after the set time, the vacuum pump will automatically open for suction cover, after the suction cover is in place, continue to maintain a constant temperature of 30 ~ 90s (this parameter can be controlled by itself), and then automatically out of the warehouse, the automatic cooling function will be carried out at the same time, until the cooling can take out the workpiece.
