7. If the rubber strip in the glue gun is backflowing, please stop using it immediately and use it after the hot melt glue is cleaned by professionals.
8. If the glue gun is continuously heated for more than 15 minutes, please cut off the power supply.
The reason why hot melt glue gun can not make glue
If the glue gun is not found in the process of use, check whether the glue gun is hot; If it can not heat normally, it may be that the power supply of the glue gun is not inserted well or the glue gun is burned out due to short circuit. If the glue gun can heat normally, there may be two reasons why the hot melt device can not glue.
1, the nozzle due to impurities blocked the glue mouth, should be handled by professional personnel;
2. The rubber strip is thickened by pouring glue into the glue gun. At this time, just rotate the rubber strip gently for one week and carefully pull out a small part of the rubber strip.
Use of hot glue gun
1. Before using the hot melt glue gun, please check whether the power supply is energized and whether the support is available; Whether the used glue gun pushes the glue smoothly.
2. When the hot melt glue gun is in use, plug in the power cable and preheat for about 5 minutes or until the rubber strip is completely melted. When the glue gun is not in use, stand upright on the desktop.
3. After the rubber strip is melted, aim the nozzle of the glue gun at the part where glue needs to be applied and gently press the trigger to let the glue flow out naturally.
4. After use, turn the nozzle down and pull out the power plug.
5. Do not pull out the rubber strip from the glue inlet.
6. Due to the extremely high temperature of the hot melt glue gun in use, do not touch the nozzle of the gun and the melt glue place with your hands.
Hot melt glue gun maintenance and maintenance
1. Keep the surface of the hot melt rubber strip clean to prevent impurities from clogging the nozzle.
2. If the glue gun fails to produce glue normally during use, please check whether the glue gun heats up. If the glue gun does not heat normally, the reason may be:

4. If the rubber strip in the glue gun is backflowing, disconnect the power supply immediately and stop using it until it is repaired by professionals.
5. If the glue gun is not used after continuous heating for more than 15 minutes, please disconnect the power supply, which can improve the service life of the glue gun
