The type of filter
1. According to different filtration functions, it is divided into: oil filter, fuel filter (gasoline filter, diesel filter, oil-water separator, hydraulic filter), air filter, air conditioning filter, etc.
2. According to the filtration performance classification can be divided into: initial effect, medium effect, high efficiency filter.
◆ Initial effect filter: mainly used to filter dust particles above 5μm. It is suitable for primary filtration of air conditioning system, return air filtration of clean room and pre-filtration of local high efficiency filter device.
◆ Medium efficiency filter: mainly used to capture 1-5μm particles of dust and a variety of suspended substances, widely used in a variety of air conditioning equipment and air conditioning systems, but also for the intermediate protection of multi-level filtration systems.
◆ High efficiency filter: mainly used to capture particles of dust below 0.5μm and all kinds of suspended matter. It is mainly made of ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as partition plate, and wood frame aluminum alloy. Mainly used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and food, PCB printing and other industries clean cleaning workshop air conditioning end supply and other fields.
The composition of the filter
The filter is generally composed of a filter frame, a filter material, and a protective net connected by an adhesive. The appearance is generally round and square, which is divided into three styles: plate, folding and bag.
◆ Common materials of filter frame are: paper, wood, alloy, plastic and so on.
◆ Filter material: According to different filter performance, different materials are selected, mainly the following types
1) The primary effect filter for filtering dust particles above 5μm: the main filter materials are non-woven fabrics, nylon nets, activated carbon filters, metal mesh and so on.
2) Medium effect filter for trapping 1-5μm particulate dust and a variety of suspended substances: Filter materials are mainly non-woven fabrics, glass fibers and so on.
3) High efficiency filter for capturing particulate dust and various suspended substances below 0.5um: the filter material is mainly ultrafine glass fiber paper.
