(3) Three look at the quality of parts
The purchased parts of rubber machine, such as standard parts, electrical components, rubber products, plastic products, etc., the quality of these parts also restricts the quality of the whole equipment. The quality of electrical components is good, the parameters are stable, and the service life is long. High quality plastic and rubber products have high anti-aging performance; High precision bearings, transmission stability is good, small noise, so the identification of rubber installed machine accessories should be considered naturally.

Maintenance

For maintenance, it is a periodic and long-term work. Do not thoroughly maintain the machine after buying it for a long time. (1) Often remove the glue stuck on the plate, the cover table and other parts of the rubber groove under the clamp; Never use metal or hard things to remove glue.

(3) Add white oil with low viscosity to the guide rod walking in the trolley at least once every half month; (No butter);
