1. Easy to coat

The common problems in the coating process are: medical tape hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive has high fluidity, and it is easy to overflow; The substrate cannot withstand high temperatures, deformation or stretching, or even destruction.
The production process of medical tape is to apply the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive to the high-temperature release paper and then transfer it to the substrate. Products used for coating retain the release paper and glue it into strips, sheets or rolled products, while tape products need to peel off the release paper, rewind it, and cut it into products that need width and length.

The solvent-based glue on the medical tape is easy to cause skin allergy. Adding zinc oxide powder can reduce the sensitization and increase the moisture absorption and sweat absorption ability of the glue. It is difficult to produce a fully functional hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive that is suitable for all people and regions, such as cosmetics that need to distinguish between dry skin and oily skin applications.
