The maintenance of the vacuum suction machine should observe the oil level of the vacuum pump every day, and replace the vacuum pump oil in time to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve and the cylinder, and ensure the fluency and mechanical accuracy of the operation.
Vacuum plastic machine replacement vacuum pump oil method:
1. Gravity method
Put the container under the oil outlet, screw the oil outlet, and let the old oil in the vacuum pump flow into the container automatically. After the old oil is drained, a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) is injected from the suction port, and the interior of the vacuum pump is flushed. Then, the vacuum pump is operated for about 1min, and the vacuum pump is closed to release the injected new oil. If the released oil is still not clean, it should continue to inject new miscellaneous oil to rinse until it is clean. Then, screw on the oil drain screw. Unscrew the screw on the refueling hole, add new vacuum pump oil to the vacuum pump, make the oil level reach the oil mark line, and then screw on the refueling screw.
2. Pressure method
Place the container under the drain port and unscrew the drain port screw. Close the suction port, open the vacuum pump of the vacuum suction machine at the same time, open the gas ballast valve and cover part of the exhaust port of the vacuum pump to produce a sufficient internal pressure to make the dirty oil quickly released. Then, according to method (1) flush the inside of the vacuum pump chamber and replace the new oil.
Change the vacuum pump oil of vacuum plastic machine precautions:
