Adjust the Paper: Typically, the window pasting machine uses a bottom-feeding paper mechanism, similar to the folder gluer. The adjustment method is also basically the same as the folder gluer. It is important to note that the operation methods of some machines are different. For instance, Anqing Yonghua's window pasting machine uses photoelectric sensing paper feeding, making the adjustment relatively simple and convenient. Adjust the Push Gauge: Adjust the push gauge back and forth according to the shape of the paper, and use the left and right side plates to ensure the paper is fed smoothly into the suction belt.
Adjust the Film Length: Different factories use different film feeding methods. Some machines use a continuously variable transmission and need to be adjusted when the machine is started. Then, adjust the position of the film and the paper window.
