2. Application of adhesive in bag filter
In the bag filter, the sealing of the stitch gap and the temporary bonding before screw assembly all reflect the unique function of the adhesive. The sealing of the stitch gap is mostly made of hot melt adhesive, while the temporary bonding before screw assembly is mostly made of water-based evaporative adhesive or environmental solvent-based adhesive.
3. The application of adhesive on air filter - pleating
When using paper-type filter materials, in order to ensure sufficient dust capacity (service life) and low resistance, the filter paper area in the filter should be tens of times the windward side of the filter, for this reason, the folded filter paper needs to be separated in some way. In this regard, adhesives once again show their skills. The fixed pleating distance with hot melt adhesive can ensure that there is a certain fixed distance between each layer of filter paper, and the hot melt adhesive can be adjusted according to the needs of various models such as high and low resistance and mild flame retardant, so that the filter shows a variety of excellent performance, mainly used in the manufacture of close pleating filter, no partition filter and some household small filter. It has the characteristics of tasteless, good high temperature resistance, fast adhesion, non-stick hands, uniform drops, and will not be absorbed by filter paper.
