Preparations & Parameter Setting

The operator places paper bag blanks (or semi-formed paper bags) into the feeding unit, adds eco-friendly hot melt glue to the gluing system, and adjusts the machine parameters via the touch screen-including bottom filling speed, gluing amount, paper bag size, positioning accuracy, and filling method (for different paper bag types). The machine preheats the gluing system and calibrates the positioning sensors to ensure accurate operation.

Paper Bag Feeding & Positioning

The paper bag feeding unit automatically transports paper bag blanks (or semi-formed bags) to the bottom filling station. The vacuum suction cups and positioning clamps fix the paper bag firmly, ensuring it is flat and aligned with the filling and gluing mechanisms. The photoelectric sensors confirm the paper bag position, avoiding misalignment.

Bottom Filling & Shaping

The bottom filling mechanism accurately fills the bottom of the paper bag with reinforcing materials (or shapes the bottom structure) according to the preset requirements. For valve paper bags, the filling nozzle extends into the bag to complete dust-proof filling; for square-bottom bags, the drum and clamp system forms a flat base; for V-bottom bags, the folding plate completes rapid bottom shaping. The pressing mechanism compacts the bottom to ensure it is sturdy and flat.

Gluing & Sealing

The automatic gluing device applies uniform hot melt glue to the bottom seam of the paper bag. The sealing mechanism presses the bottom tightly, and the drying system accelerates glue solidification, ensuring the bottom is sealed firmly and leak-proof. The online adjustable vertical cutter trims the bottom edge, ensuring cutting errors are within 1mm.
