Working Principle of Hot Air Dryer Machine
High-speed centrifugal blower
It uses a high-speed centrifugal blower to generate a powerful air current. After the blower sucks in the air, it accelerates the air through a specially designed impeller, making the air current obtain a higher speed and pressure, thus forming a high-speed air curtain.
Heating device
The air current passes through a heating device. The heating element (usually a stainless steel heating tube) heats the air current, and the heating temperature can be precisely controlled, generally adjustable between 30°C and 80°C to meet the drying requirements of different product packaging materials. The heated hot air can accelerate the evaporation of moisture or other liquids on the product surface.
Hot air spray evenly
The hot air is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the packaged products through specially designed air nozzles or air ducts. The shape, number, and arrangement of the air nozzles are optimized to ensure that the hot air can fully cover all parts of the product, such as the bottle body, bottle cap, label, etc., making the drying effect uniform and avoiding local residual moisture.

Maintenance and Care Points of Hot Air Dryer Machine
Regular cleaning. After each use, the power of the equipment should be turned off. After the equipment cools down, clean the dust, debris on the surface of the machine body, as well as the dirt on the air nozzles and filters. You can use a wet cloth to wipe the machine body, but avoid water getting into the electrical components. For the filters, they should be disassembled, cleaned or replaced according to the specified cycle (such as weekly or monthly, depending on the use environment) to ensure the filtering effect.
Fan maintenance. Regularly check the wear condition of the impeller, bearings and other components of the fan. If there is any abnormality, replace them in time. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the bearings of the fan to ensure that the fan runs smoothly and the noise is normal. Generally, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the fan are carried out every 3 to 6 months.
Heating element inspection. Regularly check the working state of the heating tubes, and see if there is any situation of uneven heating or damage.
